EFF K–12 · Flight school for higher education

Their future starts before senior year.

Every kid has a dream. We walk the whole road with them — from kindergarten to the graduation cap to the job they actually wanted — practicing the real stuff of college years before it can trip them up. A link and a room code. No logins. Every mission ends with something they made.

01 · Elementary school

Dream big. Start small.

Kindergarten starts on the near shore, and the student is still little. Who helps with what, the first résumé card, the first question asked to a visiting adult. Missions are twenty minutes and the artifact goes home in a backpack.

School programs

02 · Middle school

Understand the pathways. See the gate.

An 8th-grade math placement can lock or unlock a whole track before anyone tells the family. Middle-school missions make the gate visible, map the prerequisite chain, and rehearse the conversation with the counselor.

Curriculum approach

03 · High school

Build the bridge yourself.

The student is nearly grown now, and the bridge is built from things they made: real scholarship submissions, a decoded award letter, a tailored résumé, a rehearsed interview. Chapters run the missions; deadlines get support the week they're due.

The cap lands. You earned it.

Every plank on that bridge was something the student made: a résumé card in third grade, a prerequisite map in eighth, a real scholarship in eleventh. Graduation isn't the finish line. It's the first day of the dream.

Now go live the thing you wanted.

Nurse, engineer, teacher, artist, electrician, founder. If the dream runs through higher education, we make sure the road is clear. The lanterns beside the path were the family the whole way, and a student is never penalized when a caregiver can't attend.

Our mission

We prepare students for the journey ahead—and equip the families helping them get there.

EFF K–12 prepares students and equips families to navigate the journey from elementary school through higher education. Through academic enrichment, college and career exploration, school-based workshops, and family mentoring, we help students develop the knowledge, habits, self-advocacy, and support-seeking skills needed to pursue their education and work toward graduation.
